SHIPPING POLICY

Please allow 2-3 business days for order processing before your item ships. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information.

Orders are shipped via Canada Post, UPS, or FedEx, selected based on your location and the most efficient available option. Delivery times generally range from 7–8 business days, or 8–10 business days for East Coast addresses. If you reside in an apartment, kindly provide your buzzer number at checkout to prevent any delivery delays. We currently offer free shipping on all orders over $120 CAD. Shipping will be automatically refunded after checkout on qualifying orders.

For orders under $120 CAD, a flat shipping rate of $14 CAD will be applied at checkout.

REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY

All sales are final. We do not accept any returns, refunds, or exchanges under normal circumstances. However, if your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your package to report the issue. To assist us in resolving the problem promptly, please email us at info@annagarcesstudio.com with your order number, a detailed description of the issue, and clear photos of the damaged item(s) as well as the packaging. Claims submitted after the 7-day period from the date of delivery will not be eligible for review or resolution.

Once your request has been reviewed and approved by our team, we will exchange the damaged item for a replacement (subject to product availability). In some cases, we may require the damaged item to be returned before an exchange is issued. Return shipping fees for damaged items are the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise agreed upon. Refunds are not offered.

Please be aware of the following important conditions:

• Original shipping charges are not refundable.

• Items must remain unused and in their original condition to qualify for a replacement.

• We cannot be held responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or delayed due to shipping carrier issues.
